Pelvic Floor Coach
Pelvic floor health can start right now and is easy as your next inhale and exhale. As a Pelvic Floor Coach and Core Specialist, you will learn about optimal alignment and breathing mechanics to develop a core cue for your body which will focus on your core 4 (diaphragm, pelvic floor, transverse abdominals, and multifidus). You will learn a personalized core cue that allows you to integrate your core 4 and not overwork or underwork other muscles. You will learn to move with more ease and, in turn, with less effort and hip and/or low back pain. Things you will explore include: Correct posture Effective breathing mechanics Synergize your diaphragm and pelvic floor Release and lift your pelvic floor Release other hip muscles such as your psoas, piriformis, hamstrings, and QL to name a few.
